    these breathing techniques​ to bring calm to the body and the mind in a few easy-to-understand
    steps. Box breathing stickers will be available soon for NIH staff to pick up as a daily reminder. Stay

Mindfulness Based Self-Care 10 Day Audio Program:​ NIH staff have access to a 10-session audio program. Each recording is 20-25 minutes long which includes information/explanation and practices.
