This interactive email list is intended to allow the NIH community to share information and resources on all aspects of aging and adult dependent care.  It is a collaborative space where you can share experiences and resources on elder care and dependent care topics such as:

  • Information on housing options
  • Back-up care resources
  • Special needs resources

​Caregiver stress can significantly impact the wellness and work productivity of individuals in caregiving roles for family members. The Employee Assistance Program offers counseling services for employees experiencing a wide variety of concerns, including caregiver stress and the impact it has on the physical and emotional well-being of an individual.
