PublishingPageContent2I'm very excited that I get to work with our staff!In this role I will:Serve as a liaison to the ORS and its wellness partners (NIH Health and Wellness Council, NIH Child Care Board, Aging and Adult-Dependent Care Committee, and the Work-Life Committee).Represent and promote our IC's initiatives and research.Actively engage and support integrating well-being into our culture. Receive suggestions and recommendations from our staff and the NIH community.Communicate to the appropriate stakeholder groups and provide input for consideration to the ORS on well-being initiatives, programs, and activities.Where possible, the Well-being Ambassador will participate in various stakeholder workgroups and committees.

Well-being Ambassadors Program PublishingPageContent7Mission:– Work directly with key wellbeing stakeholders to promote, support, and engage the NIH community in advancing the concept of wellbeing and associated IC initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:– Liaison to the Office of Research Services (ORS) and its well-being stakeholder groups that actively support and engage in activities that support employee wellbeing.– Advocate who actively engages and supports integrating wellbeing into the IC’s culture.
