Ballin’! Wall in! Sculpt and strengthen the major and minor muscle groups using a 55-75cm resistance ball and the wall! In repetitions of 16, participants will perform various exercises to tighten and tone the body. A mat will also be utilized. It’s a calorie-crushing, fat-burning workout not to miss!
