Relax, relate, release! Grab a long towel that spans the length of both arms for this stretch experience! For at least 2-3 cycles of deep breaths, participants will hold stretches designed to relieve the major and minor muscles, as well as the joints. Expect increased range of motion, flexibility and decompression post-class. A mat is suggested.
