This high-intensity interval training class involves performing various exercises in 20-second intervals of hard work followed by 10-second recovery intervals using bodyweight and a fitness mat. For each muscle group, at least 4 rounds can be expected. This workout can be done on the beach or in a bedroom! Commit and do it!
