An intense workout in the chair? Yes…have several seats! Using a stationary chair and light to moderate weights, participants will flow through exercises that increase strength of the major and minor muscle groups. This isn’t the Golden Girls chair routine! Expect to work to exhaustion! In repetitions of 8 counts per round, at least 2 rounds will be performed. Sit and get fit!
