Want to feel healthier? “Ab-solutely!” Daily activities become more fluid with stronger abdominals! Back pain as a result of poor posture can be alleviated by increasing abdominal strength! A round consisting of 45 seconds of work, followed by a 15-second recovery cycle, participants will perform ab exercises for at least 2 rounds. Make sure to tap in!
