Easy to difficult loop bands and a mat are needed to join this low-impact, high-intensity workout! For a 45-second interval of work followed by a 15-second recovery interval, participants will perform exercises that strengthen and sculpt the hip abductors and adductors for at least 2 rounds. Prepare to work to exhaustion!
