Get into HIIT! High-intensity interval training is efficient for the time-crunched individual and/or professional. HIIT is also beneficial for those looking for quicker fitness results in a shorter duration of time. For a 20-second interval, participants will perform exercises in bursts of hard work, followed by a 10-second cycle of recovery and repeat, interwoven with stretches. A mat will be utilized.
