Got strong abs? Well, this all-levels class is for fitness enthusiasts and novice alike! Each abdominal exercise will be shown with progressions so that all participants can achieve maximal exhaustion! Using a fitness mat and light to moderate hand weights, all exercises will be performed on the floor. Repetition-based, sets of 8 for 2 rounds can be expected. Commit to getting fit!
