Grab a thin, long towel and tap in! Using a mat and a towel or strap that spans both arms, participants will engage in stretches that lengthen, open and/or decompress the joints and/or muscles. Each stretch will be held for at least 15 seconds to achieve maximal results. It’s a total body experience not to miss!
