Celebrate the energy of spring and support your well-being during National Stress Awareness Month with the practice of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR).NSDR is rooted in the ancient tradition of yoga nidra (“nidra” meaning sleep) and combines mindful breathing, a guided body scan, and visualization to bring the body into a deeply relaxed yet aware state. This restorative practice can help reduce stress, boost resilience, and renew energy during the busy spring season.
