No muscle groups will be left behind! Using light to heavy hand weights, participants will be guided through various exercises, performed in sets of 8 for at least 2 rounds. Prepare to work to exhaustion or near exhaustion! By engaging in strength training, bone health improves and fat oxidation increases! A mat is suggested.
