Get Barre bodied! It’s a class dedicated to lengthening and strengthening the body simultaneously for a longer and leaner look! Using light weights and a mat, participants will flow through various Barre exercises that sculpt and tone the major and minor muscle groups. Repetition-based, prepare to work to exhaustion!
