Sculpt and strengthen the gluteal muscles! The gluteus medius and maximus are important to movement and support the low back. In repetitions of 8, participants will perform various exercises that increase gluteal health and aesthetic appearance. Close the month out strong! A mat and light to moderate dumbbells will be utilized.
