Get Tabata fit! Tabata is designed to achieve maximal health and fitness benefits in a minimal amount of time. In circuit-style intervals of 20 seconds of hard work followed by a 10-second recovery cycle, participants will perform exercises that increase the heart rate for cardiovascular fitness. A mat is the only equipment needed to join in.
