Don’t sit, get fit! Engage in heavy lifting to increase workout intensity! Using moderate to heavy hand weights, participants will perform exercises that strengthen the major and minor muscle groups. Coaching on proper form and alignment will ensure safety and maximize fat oxidation potential. This is an advanced class- some lifting experience is highly suggested.
