Want stronger abs?! Ab-solutely! Using light hand weights, participants will perform exercises designed to strengthen the internal and external obliques, the transverse and rectus abdominis, and the pyramidalis. This class is repetition-based, in which sets of 8 will guide the class. Prepare to work to exhaustion! A mat is suggested.
