Increase upper body strength! Moderate to heavy hand weights will be utilized for 45 seconds of work followed by a 15-second cycle of recovery on repeat! Participants will perform exercises designed to strengthen the biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, abs and back. Don’t miss it!
