​Whether hills, a straight-away, or somewhere in-between, training for a trek is the name of the game! Participants will be coached in proper posture and breathing for low to high intensity terrains. Get on a good foot with this calorie-blasting treadmill workout! 30 minutes of steady cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week is suggested for adults. Commit to it!​
