​Oxidize fat at rest! The high-intensity, 20-second bursts of hard work known to Tabata, followed by the 10-second cycles of recovery, boast maximal health benefits in a short amount of time. Using a pair of moderate to heavy dumbbells, participants can expect to perform exercises in succession for at least 4 rounds. Go into the weekend strong!​
