It’s the stretch experience that rejuvenates the body! Using a 55cm to 75cm resistance ball, participants will engage in soothing stretches to relieve tension and stress in the muscles and joints. A stationary chair and Swiss ball are recommended to achieve maximal benefits of the class. This all-levels class is one not to miss!
