Got abdominal strength? Strong abdominal muscles help to encourage proper posture, aid in supporting the spine and can help to eliminate back pain. For 45 seconds of work followed by a 15-second recovery interval, participants will perform exercises that strengthen the abs. The only equipment needed to join is a fitness mat!
