Train to achieve results! High-intensity exertion in repeated intervals with minimal recovery time yields improved health and fitness. Participants will perform exercises in 20-second bursts of hard work, followed by 10-second cycles of recovery. A mat and a pair of moderate to heavy weight dumbbells are needed for this class.
