Increase strength and flexibility, along with muscle and joint range of motion! Using one’s own body weight, participants will engage in Hatha-based poses sequenced with athletes and fitness enthusiasts in mind! Breath control and correct alignment will be coached so that attendees receive maximal health benefits. No Yoga experience necessary.
