​Experience stretching bliss! Increase muscle and joint range of motion and traction in each stretch by using a 35cm-75cm resistance ball and a wall! Guided by controlled breathing and a focus on proper alignment and posture, participants are sure to leave feeling rejuvenated! A fitness mat is suggested.​
