It’s a fusion of Yoga and strength training! This non-traditional practice involves adding light to heavy weights to Hatha-based asanas (poses). With a focus on proper posture and alignment in each pose along with breath control, students find spatial awareness and connect the mind, body, and spirit. A Yoga mat is suggested.
