​Be core-ageous! Exercise is like a fountain of youth! For repetitions of 8, participants will utilize a mat and hand weights to perform exercises designed to strengthen and sculpt the trunk. The core is integral to movement and should be challenged! Bring a mat (or one will be provided) and tap in!
