​Take stretching to new heights with a resistance ball and chair! Using a 55cm-75cm ball and stationary chair, participants will perform stretches for the total body. Slow movements with a focus on proper posture, alignment, and breath control will be practiced achieving optimal health benefits. This calming, restorative experience is not one to miss!​
