It’s a total body workout! Circuit training involves performing exercises in succession with short recovery breaks in-between. Specifically, this class will engage in 45-second intervals of strength training followed by 15-second rest intervals. A fitness mat and a pair of moderate to heavy weight dumbbells are suggested.
