​Don’t sit, get fit! This midday class is designed to get desk dwellers moving! For 30 seconds of work followed by a 10-second recovery, participants will engage in various exercises using a mat and a pair of gliders or paper plates. Maximize time and caloric expenditure with high-intensity interval training! It’s a low-impact class for all fitness levels…don’t miss it!
