It’s a non-traditional Yoga class using weights! Yoga is a spiritual practice that connects mind, body and spirit. This class incorporates strength training into poses (asanas) while maintaining controlled breaths (pranayama). Light to heavy hand weights and a mat suggested. Be Yogi strong!
