Got strength? Compound it! Participants can expect to perform exercises for multiple muscle groups simultaneously, while remaining upright. Using moderate to heavy dumbbells, 45-second intervals of work followed by 15-second recovery intervals will be executed. It’s a total body workout not to miss!
