Go low and go high! Strengthen the lower body by strengthening the legs, with high-intensity intervals! 45-second intervals of work will be performed, followed by 15-second recovery cycles. Loop bands add resistance and challenge lower body weakness. Grab a mat and some loop bands and get busy!
