​Tabata is beneficial whether standing or sitting! Using a stationary chair, participants will perform high-intensity strengthening exercises in 20-second intervals of work followed by 10-second rest/recovery intervals. Moderate to heavy dumbbells suggested as the design is to work to exhaustion. Physician’s clearance advised.​
