​Join us for Barre! A dual lengthening and strengthening class, it’s the workout that promotes a longer and leaner look! Using a set of light weights, participants will engage in exercises for the total body, in repetitions of 8. A focus on posture and alignment will also be practiced. A mat is suggested; shoes are optional. All levels are welcome…don’t miss it!​
