​Ready to help reimagine workplace wellbeing? Practice mental fitness and resilience with a community focused on building self-awareness and personal growth. Join us each week as we take meaningful steps forward—together.  

Each 30-minute session includes:  
- 10 minutes of gathering and reflection  
- 10 minutes of guided practice  
- 10 minutes of sharing and community building  

All experience levels are welcome! Come when you can, and leave when you need to. We meet every Wednesday from 1:30–2:00 pm ET / 10:30–11:00 am PT.
