Get mobile, get strong! Performed standing, grab some moderate to heavy dumbbells and get lifting! In intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10-second recovery intervals, attendees will engage in major and minor muscle group strength training. By using heavier weights than usual, prepare to induce a sweat and fat burn at rest!
