​We’re stretching it! Join this restorative class to end the week. Ideal for the overworked and/or overachieving professional, participants can expect to increase flexibility and relieve discomfort caused by tight, shortened, and tired muscles and joints. A mat will be utilized. Yoga blocks and a strap are optional. Go into the weekend feeling renewed!
