Got lower abdominal strength? A class designed to challenge the transverse abdominal wall; attendees can expect to engage in various exercises that are sure to induce low belly exhaustion! Intervals of 45 seconds of work followed by 15-second recovery intervals will guide the 30-minute class. A mat is suggested.
