1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
It’s a Hatha class for all levels! Yogis will synch breath and movement for an immersive, total-body experience! Yoga asanas (poses) designed to increase flexibility, joint range of motion, and body awareness will be performed. A mind-body class, participants are encouraged to move with intention and find proper alignment, with guidance from the instructor, for each pose. A Yoga mat is suggested.
