Feeling energized? Spring into step! Using moderate to heavy weights, participants will perform high-intensity exercises in intervals of 20 seconds of hard work followed by a 10-second recovery interval. Cardiovascular and strength exercises will be executed to exhaustion. Close the last month of Spring with Tabata and stretching! A mat is also suggested.
