Wind down the week with stretch relief! Stretching with a focus on breath control increases blood flow throughout the body and diminishes stress. Take a break and stretch! Participants can expect to open and increase the range of motion for the major and minor muscle groups along with the joints. Don’t neglect the stretch! A fitness mat is suggested.
