Be strong for viability! Focus on strengthening the upper body using light to heavy weights! In intervals of 45 seconds of work followed by 15-second cycles of recovery, participants will execute exercises activating the triceps, biceps, chest, abdominals and back. Strength training is the fountain of youth! A mat is suggested.
