  • Support on Social Media - if you're worried about a friend's social media updates, you can contact safety teams. They will reach out to connect the person with the help they need. 

  • Veterans Crisis Line - a confidential resource that connects veterans with a trained responder. The service is available to all veterans and those who support them.

  • National Maternal Mental Health Hotline - confidential support before, during and after pregnancy.  

  • Disaster Distress Helpline - immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disaster.
