Commit to getting fit…with partner fun! Using a mat and body weight, prepare for playful power exercises that maximize fat burn and trigger muscle exhaustion! In 60-second intervals participants will perform at least one round of exercise before switching with a partner whom will execute the same exercise within 1 minute. Prepare to sweat!
