Roll like a butterfly, sting like a bee! Take a boxing break, duck, bob, and weave! Using bodyweight, participants will shadow box to increase cardiovascular health, reaction time, and hand eye coordination. Authentic boxing form and techniques will be coached. Bring a friend and shuffle hop in!
