Get moving! With a focus on strength training, participants remain upright for the duration of class in performance of high-intensity interval exercises. A 20-second burst of hard work precedes the 10-second interval of rest/recovery, which is repeated for at least 4 rounds for the same muscle group. A pair of moderate to heavy hand weights are utilized to reach exhaustion and/or anaerobic phase.
