​Sculpt and tone the legs…specifically the abductors and adductors! For 45-second intervals of work, followed by 15-second recovery intervals, participants will move through exercises that increase strength of the inner and outer thighs. A mat and moderate to strong loop bands are needed to join. Tap in!
